If something feels broken, this checklist helps us reproduce it quickly and get you a real answer faster.
Before you post
- Close and reopen the app
- Confirm you’re on the latest version
- Try the same action on a different network (Wi-Fi vs cell) if relevant
- If the issue is export-related, try exporting again after a fresh launch
- App version: (example: v1.10.0)

- OS version: (iOS / iPadOS / Android version)
- What you were doing: (short summary)
- Steps to reproduce:

- How often: Every time / sometimes / once
- Screenshots or screen recording: If possible (blur sensitive info)
- Tell us what you were importing/exporting (shot list PDF, storyboard PDF, Excel import, etc.)
- If you can, share a small sample file (or describe the column headers used) with personal/client info removed
- Do not post personal data, call sheets with phone numbers, or client names.
- If you need to share something sensitive, describe it in general terms and we’ll suggest a safer way to share details.
